Tai Chi is a gentle, rhythmic, and deep-reaching form of exercise for mind & body, that promotes physical and emotional balance, flexibility, and mental health. Low-impact moves strengthen joints, ligaments, and connective tissue, as well as boosting energy and circulation for overall well-being.

Chris Green, founder of Stamford Tai Chi, is a practitioner of 30 years standing and is an experienced international instructor. He is also a Reiki Master and Tarot Card reader.
Beginners Classes are Tuesday mornings 9.30am - 10.30am - STARTING 5th MAY !!
Advanced Classes are Thursday mornings 10.30am - 11.30 am
Intermediate Classes are Thursday mornings 11.30am - 12.30pm
